The town of Roses

Rosas is a Spanish city of Alt Empordà region in the province of Girona, Catalonia.

It is located on the north coast of the Gulf of Rosas, south side of ‘Cap de Creus’ natural park. It is a large tourist center, with urbanizations, hotels and beaches and two harbors (fishing and sports), it is an attractive and very prominent place within the northern sector of the Costa Brava.

The coast of the city of Rosas includes a long sandy beach and more towards the east a great number of spectacular coves, among which stand out 'Canyelles Petites, L'Almadrava, Cabo Norfeu, Punta Falconera and Montjoi'.
